Shipping Policy

ShippingTrail offers two kinds of products, and how you receive them depends on which you order.

Digital products (software widgets)

Our widgets are delivered electronically — there's no physical shipment. After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive access and installation instructions by email, typically immediately and no later than 24 hours after payment (or invoice confirmation). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you haven't received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support@shippingtrail.com.

Physical products (packaging & supplies)

Physical items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Processing time: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery estimate: typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch for standard domestic orders; times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Shipping costs: any shipping charges are shown at checkout or on your invoice before you confirm.
  • Tracking: where available, tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

Mixed orders

If a single order contains both digital and physical products, the digital items are delivered by email right away, and the physical items ship separately under the timelines above.
