6. Acceptable use

All content and software provided by ShippingTrail — including the widgets, code, designs, and branding — remains our property or that of our licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep them accurate and reliable, we don't warrant that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or that delivery estimates or other outputs will be accurate in every case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShippingTrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or store. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store applies to your purchase. Material changes take effect when posted.
